**Portman Unveils Mixed-Use Multifamily Development in Pompano Beach**
Portman has announced plans for a new multifamily community with ground-floor retail in Pompano Beach, Florida. Construction is expected to begin in Fall 2026, with project completion slated for late 2028.
Located at 2400 E Atlantic Boulevard, the eight-story development will feature a distinctive mix of walk-out townhomes and rowhouses with direct street access. Amenities will include a rooftop pool, outdoor amenity deck, interior courtyard, fully equipped gym, and a six-story parking garage.
The ground level will offer 10,591 square feet of retail space that includes al fresco dining options, aimed at attracting restaurant concepts and enhancing the pedestrian experience. The design will promote walkability and include wide sidewalks and bike paths.
Currently occupying the 3.2-acre site are a vacant vintage office building and a former bank. The property is situated just half a mile from the beach and within walking distance to a Publix supermarket and a variety of restaurants, offering residents convenient access to local amenities.
