**Granite Properties Sells 100 City View in Vinings for $50.4 Million**
Granite Properties has sold the 100 City View office tower in Vinings for $50.4 million. OA Development acquired the 11-story property after securing a $32.5 million acquisition loan through Grant Street Funding.
Built in 2000 and located less than two miles from The Battery Atlanta, 100 City View spans approximately 254,000 square feet and is currently about 91% leased. The building houses 26 tenants, including Murata Electronics, which has signed a long-term lease for 50,170 square feet beginning in 2024. The previous owner invested around $7 million in capital improvements to the property.
This transaction follows OA Development’s acquisition of the Sugarloaf Corporate Center in Duluth last year, a three-building office portfolio purchased for $32 million.
Cushman & Wakefield represented Granite Properties in the sale and also procured the buyer. The brokerage team included Samir Idris, David Meline, and Burch Mixon, who earlier this year also facilitated the sale of Pennant Park to the Atlanta Braves.
