**PREMIER Design + Build Appoints William Rosa as VP of Construction for Eastern Region**
PREMIER Design + Build Group has announced the appointment of William Rosa as Vice President of Construction for the Eastern Region. Rosa will be based in the company’s Iselin, New Jersey office.
Bringing more than 20 years of hands-on construction and field leadership experience to the role, Rosa will be responsible for overseeing project management operations across the Eastern Region.
“William’s construction acumen and proven leadership in complex, fast-paced environments make him an outstanding addition to our team,” said Fred Castelbuono, Vice President of Field Operations. “His ability to lead with precision, develop strong relationships, and maintain a relentless focus on quality will serve our clients and our projects exceptionally well as we continue to expand in the Eastern Region.”
Rosa’s extensive background includes expertise in estimating, preconstruction, project management, and field oversight—providing him with a comprehensive understanding of the construction process from start to finish. He is particularly skilled at navigating local market conditions, collaborating with diverse stakeholders, and delivering innovative, effective solutions to project challenges.
