**AI Research Lab Leases Prebuilt Space at 25 Kent in Williamsburg**
Global Holdings has announced that Autonomous Technologies Group (ATG), an applied AI research laboratory, has signed a five-year lease for 5,384 square feet at 25 Kent. This leasing marks the first commitment to the property’s newly completed prebuilt suite. The deal follows another significant lease earlier this summer, when tech start-up Queen One secured 30,000 square feet in the same building.
“Signing ATG for our premiere prebuilt space exemplifies Global Holdings’ commitment to creating flexible, move-in-ready workspaces that meet the needs of fast-growing tech and AI companies,” said Craig Panzirer, Senior Vice President and Director of Leasing at Global Holdings. “ATG’s lease underscores the demand for thoughtfully designed, move-in-ready spaces among high-growth innovators in technology.”
Representing both parties in the transaction were Ryan Gessin, Jordan Gosin, Will Grover, and Drew Wiley of Newmark.
Located at the intersection of Kent and Wythe Avenues in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, 25 Kent is a 500,000-square-foot, eight-story mixed-use office development. The project is notable as the first ground-up commercial development in Brooklyn in more than 40 years.
