**CBRE Appointed Exclusive Office Leasing Agent for Paramount Building at 1501 Broadway**
CBRE has been selected as the exclusive office leasing agent for the Paramount Building, a historic office tower located at 1501 Broadway in Midtown Manhattan. Originally built in 1926 as the headquarters of Paramount Pictures, the iconic 33-story building is a prominent fixture in the Times Square district.
Leading the leasing efforts on behalf of the building’s ownership will be CBRE’s team consisting of Ryan Alexander, Jared Isaacson, Sam Spillane, and Taylor Walker.
