**Clear Height Properties, Long Wharf Capital Acquire Off-Market Industrial Asset in Glendale Heights**

A joint venture between Oak Brook-based real estate investor Clear Height Properties and Boston-based private equity firm Long Wharf Capital has acquired a 29,355-square-foot industrial building located at 570-590 Mitchell Road in Glendale Heights, Illinois.

Situated in DuPage County, just two miles from the I-355 and Army Trail Road interchange, the facility is fully leased to a long-term, single tenant. The transaction was brokered exclusively by Avison Young representatives Adam Haefner and Nick Fazio.

Clear Height Properties has demonstrated a successful investment track record over the past 15 years, completing more than 200 transactions totaling approximately $950 million in value. Meanwhile, Long Wharf Capital has invested $1.5 billion in equity across over 90 real estate investments nationwide, with a combined gross cost of $4.6 billion.

This acquisition marks another strategic move by the joint venture into Chicago’s active industrial market, reflecting continued confidence in the region’s long-term growth potential.
