**BentallGreenOak Acquires 753,000-SF Industrial Facility in Frederickson for $176M**

BentallGreenOak has acquired a 753,000-square-foot industrial building for $176 million. Known as Building D, the property is located at 6921 192nd Street East within the FRED310 industrial development in Frederickson, Washington. The project was jointly developed by Panattoni and Crow Holdings.

The acquisition was brokered by Cushman & Wakefield, with Jeff Chiate, Bryce Aberg, Jeffrey Cole, Charlie Jacobs, and Matthew Leupold representing Panattoni in the transaction.

Tenants in Building D include Haier and General Electric, which occupy 436,000 square feet, and Kowa, a Japanese research, development and manufacturing firm, which leases the remaining 317,000 square feet.

FRED310 continues to gain momentum as a key logistics hub in the region. Elsewhere in the development, Harbor Freight Tools has signed a lease for a 783,000-square-foot space in Building E, and Floor & Decor occupies a 1.1 million-square-foot facility.

In a separate development, Panattoni recently entered into a long-term ground lease with the Port of Seattle for an industrial project at Des Moines Creek Business Park West. The upcoming facility will be a 405,680-square-foot state-of-the-art logistics and manufacturing development, further expanding the company’s footprint in the Pacific Northwest industrial market.
