**SVN Chicago Brokers Sale of 100-Unit Multifamily Portfolio in DeKalb for $5.7M**
SVN Chicago Commercial has successfully brokered the sale of a 100-unit multifamily portfolio located in DeKalb, Illinois. The portfolio, consisting of seven buildings across multiple addresses, was sold for $5.7 million.
The properties included in the transaction are 875 & 887 Fotis Drive, 945 & 871 Regent Drive, 846 & 857 Spiros Court, and 830 Edgebrook Drive, along with an adjacent parking lot. SVN Chicago Commercial represented both the buyer and the seller in the deal.
