Colliers has been appointed as the exclusive leasing agent for 1175 Providence Highway in Norwood, Massachusetts. The 75,000-square-foot Class A office building will soon become available as current tenant FM Global, a commercial property insurance company, prepares to relocate to its new 320,000-square-foot headquarters next summer.
