Real Realty Brokers Sale of Albany Apartments in West Rogers Park

Real Realty, a Chicago-based multifamily brokerage and property management firm, has announced the successful sale of the Albany Apartments, a 24-unit residential building located at 6322 N. Albany Avenue in the West Rogers Park neighborhood of Chicago. The property was sold for $2.75 million.

James Clough and Cristian Gavriluti of Real Realty represented both the buyer and the seller in the transaction. The apartment complex is ideally positioned between Devon Avenue and Rosemont Avenue, near a vibrant retail corridor along Devon Street.

The Albany Apartments is comprised of a mix of unit types, including seven one-bedroom units, sixteen two-bedroom units, and one three-bedroom unit. Eleven of the units have been fully renovated. The property features brick and concrete construction, along with well-maintained green spaces.

Real Realty currently manages more than 2,000 units across the Chicagoland area.
