**CenTX35 Industrial Park in Temple Fully Leased**
The 857,000-square-foot CenTX35 industrial park in Temple, Texas—developed by Velocis and marketed and leased by KBC Advisors—was delivered on a speculative basis last year and is now fully leased.
According to the Austin Business Journal, the site features two buildings: one totaling 614,000 square feet and the other 243,000 square feet. The park is home to three tenants:
– **Reynolds Consumer Products LLC**, known for household items such as trash bags and aluminum foil, occupies approximately 470,000 square feet.
– **SoJo Industries Inc.**, a New Jersey-based co-packing company serving the food and beverage sector, recently expanded its footprint to a total of 265,000 square feet—adding 120,000 square feet to its existing 145,000-square-foot lease.
– **Alumni Educational Solutions**, a Canadian furniture manufacturer, leases around 120,000 square feet.
Temple is rapidly growing as a major logistics and industrial hub. Large companies such as H-E-B and Walmart have established distribution operations there. In addition, a Korean-based specialty steel company with connections to SpaceX is building a factory in the area, and Meta is developing a data center in the city.
