**Capital Square Launches 320-Unit Build-to-Rent Community in Glendale**
Capital Square has successfully raised $43 million in equity through a private placement, paving the way for the development of a 320-unit build-to-rent (BTR) community in Glendale, Arizona. The firm is partnering with Sunstone Two Tree as co-developer on the project, which will be known as Ironwood Homes at The Rosefield.
The new community will be situated at the southeast corner of Northern Parkway and North Sarival Avenue. It will feature a blend of 102 detached single-family homes averaging 1,655 square feet and 218 townhomes averaging 1,257 square feet. Each residence will be two stories, offering direct garage access and private yards.
Planned community amenities include a swimming pool, spa, fitness center, landscaped parks, BBQ areas, gated entry, and sports courts.
Although full construction is expected to wrap up by the third quarter of 2026, approximately 10% of the units have already been completed. Leasing and move-ins have already begun for those finished units.
