CBRE Relocating Baltimore Office to Harbor East
CBRE has signed a 16,000-square-foot lease at 1001 Fleet Street, a newly renovated mixed-use property owned by Harbor East Management Group. The firm is set to relocate from its current office at 100 East Pratt Street to the eighth floor of 1001 Fleet Street in January 2026.
CBRE representatives David Fields, Jonathan Hall, and Jordana Pollack led the lease negotiations on behalf of the company.
“Baltimore’s vibrancy, rich culture, and waterfront setting make it an inspiring place to work, and our new space will be designed to reflect the city’s great character,” said Heather Nevin, Senior Managing Director and leader of CBRE’s Maryland operations. “We’re looking forward to immersing ourselves in the energetic Harbor East community.”
The new office will be part of CBRE’s Workplace360 program—an initiative that reflects the company’s evolving workplace strategy with a focus on flexibility, technology, and collaboration. This move marks one of more than 100 Workplace360 offices the firm has launched globally.
