**U.S. Soccer Leases Pre-Built Suite at Soloviev Group’s 9 West 57th Street**
The U.S. Soccer Federation will be the newest tenant at Soloviev Group’s flagship office tower at 9 West 57th Street in Midtown Manhattan, the company announced Monday. The organization, which is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit and the official governing body of soccer in the United States, will occupy a newly constructed pre-built suite on the building’s 23rd floor.
This marks the first lease for one of five pre-built suites currently under construction. The space will serve as a satellite office for U.S. Soccer staff based in New York as well as visiting personnel from elsewhere.
The Soloviev Foundation is also supporting U.S. Soccer’s broader mission to promote and grow the sport nationwide. “As the country prepares to host the world in 2026, we are proud that U.S. Soccer has chosen to establish its presence here,” said Stefan Soloviev, Chairman of the Soloviev Group.
The leasing transaction was brokered by a CBRE team consisting of Howard Fiddle, John P. Maher, Gregg Rothkin, Alex Leopold, and Tara Rhodes, who represented the building’s ownership. Lease terms were not disclosed.
