**SJP Properties Breaks Ground on Nokia Bell Labs Headquarters at HELIX NJ Innovation District**

SJP Properties has officially commenced construction of the new Nokia Bell Labs headquarters—a 10-story, 370,000-square-foot building located at the H-2 site within the HELIX NJ Innovation District in New Brunswick, New Jersey. The project site spans four acres and sits directly adjacent to the New Brunswick train station. The HELIX NJ campus is master planned by the New Brunswick Development Corporation (DEVCO), with the goal of establishing a vibrant, transit-oriented innovation hub in the heart of the city.

The new Nokia Bell Labs headquarters is the latest example of SJP Properties’ strategy to attract major companies from sprawling suburban campuses into walkable, transit-rich urban environments. Similar recent successes include Unilever’s selection of 111 River Street in Hoboken as its 111,000-square-foot U.S. headquarters, which opened earlier this month, and Sanofi’s move into a new 260,000-square-foot office at M-Station West in Morristown, which opened in May.

“It is a duty as a real estate developer to ensure that the communities where we build not only stay strong but have the opportunity to grow stronger by developing future-proof workplaces that empower enterprises such as Nokia Bell Labs to remain at the leading edge of innovation,” said Steven J. Pozycki, founder and CEO of SJP Properties.

The Nokia Bell Labs development reaffirms SJP’s commitment to creating dynamic, innovation-driven spaces that foster economic growth and sustainable urban transformation.
