Greenstone Partners has announced the successful sale of a multi-tenant retail center located at 3951 N. Kimball Avenue in the heart of Chicago’s Irving Park neighborhood. The property was sold for $1.265 million.

The nearly 5,000-square-foot retail center boasts high visibility and accessibility, featuring a 10-space parking lot and dual ingress/egress from both Irving Park Road and Kimball Avenue. At the time of the sale, the asset was fully leased to three tenants: Jet’s Pizza, CM Chicken, and One Stop Shop.

Each of the tenants is secured under triple-net lease agreements, with multiple years remaining on their current terms along with option periods for lease renewal.
