**Igloo Completes Lease-Up of Retail at Jasper Mixed-Use Development in Long Island City**
Igloo has successfully completed the lease-up of all retail space at Jasper, a prominent mixed-use development located in Long Island City. The project was developed by The Domain Companies, LMXD, The Vorea Group, and Bridge Investment Group. With the final lease secured by StretchLab, a provider of assisted stretching services, Igloo has now executed a total of 10 retail leases, encompassing 35,000 square feet of ground-floor space.
The lineup of tenants reflects a diverse mix of uses, including grocery, dining, and health and wellness offerings. These leases have been finalized in swift succession since the beginning of 2024, contributing to a dynamic and amenity-rich environment for residents and the surrounding community.
StretchLab joins a growing number of well-known businesses at Jasper, including Peanut and Honey, KidStrong, Frankie’s Brooklyn Pizza, Tiger J Taekwondo, Matsuzuki Sakura, Dumbo Market, Bright Start, Club Pilates, and Glowbar. The new 1,300-square-foot StretchLab location will be operated by Lou and Ash Majid, who already run StretchLab studios in Bayside, Queens, and on Wall Street in Manhattan. The company was represented in the lease transaction by Peter Yoon of Ripco Real Estate.
The completion of retail leasing at Jasper reflects a continued demand for high-quality, mixed-use environments in Long Island City and reinforces the area’s status as a thriving commercial and residential hub.
