**DFW LAND Acquires 112 Acres in Celina for $250M Mixed-Use Development**
Vijay Borra of DFW LAND has acquired a 112-acre parcel from the Choate Family at the prominent intersection of Collin County Outer Loop and Preston Road in Celina, Texas.
DFW LAND has engaged Davidson Bogel Real Estate (DB2RE) to attract retail, medical, hospitality, and office tenants for the project. In addition, the firm will help identify a multifamily development partner should residential elements be included in the ultimate master plan. Design work is currently underway, and the development is expected to break ground as early as next year. According to The Dallas Morning News, the total investment for the development could reach $250 million.
Situated at the convergence of three major thoroughfares, the site is strategically located next to two significant retail projects: a Walmart Supercenter-anchored development currently under construction and a forthcoming H-E-B-anchored center.
The land transaction was brokered by David Davidson Jr. of Davidson Bogel Real Estate (DB2RE), in collaboration with his father, David Davidson Sr. of Davidson Real Estate.
