**TerraLane Communities Acquires Land in Queen Creek for Build-to-Rent Project**

TerraLane Communities has acquired a 22-acre parcel in Queen Creek, Arizona, for the development of a new build-to-rent (BTR) community, TerraLane at Hudson Station. The project will deliver a total of 218 rental homes, comprising a mix of single-level and two-story townhomes.

Situated at the southeast corner of 220th Street and Queen Creek Road, the development will feature:

– 24 single-story duplex units with two bedrooms, each approximately 1,450 square feet
– 97 three-bedroom townhomes, averaging 1,650 square feet
– 97 four-bedroom townhomes, approximately 1,850 square feet

The community will offer a range of amenities, including a gated entrance, a heated swimming pool and jacuzzi, a fitness center, a grass park, a shaded tot lot, BBQ stations, valet trash service, and on-site maintenance. All homes will be pet-friendly and will include built-in doggy doors.

TerraLane is partnering with general contractor Hancock Builders for the construction of the project. Financing is being provided by 400 Capital Management and Western Alliance Bank. Construction is already underway, and the first units are expected to be available for leasing in 2027.
