**Life Time Signs 52,000-Square-Foot Lease at 10 Bryant in Midtown Manhattan**
Property & Building Corporation Ltd. (PBC) has finalized a 52,000-square-foot lease with Life Time, Inc., a premier wellness brand, for a new urban fitness and wellness club at 10 Bryant, an upscale office tower located at 452 Fifth Avenue in Midtown Manhattan.
This agreement marks the completion of the leasing campaign and repositioning of the 865,000-square-foot, 30-story building, which overlooks Bryant Park and was formerly known as the HSBC Tower. Since January 2023, exclusive leasing agent JLL has successfully completed 522,000 square feet of leases, bringing the tower close to full occupancy.
“10 Bryant is an exceptional property that enables companies to enhance their workplace experience and support employee attraction, retention, and productivity,” said Paul Glickman, vice chairman at JLL. “The building has attracted top-tier tenants who value its premier Midtown location and immediate access to Bryant Park.”
The JLL leasing team for 10 Bryant is led by Paul Glickman and vice chairman Patrick Smith, who heads the firm’s Retail team.
