Golub & Company and Altre have acquired Aurum, a 165-unit apartment community located in Golden, Colorado, for $48.25 million.
Completed in 2022, Aurum is situated at 18475 West Colfax Avenue, just west of downtown Denver in a vibrant town best known as the home of the Colorado School of Mines.
The Aurum community features a variety of studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, offering modern finishes and layouts designed to appeal to a broad spectrum of residents, including students, young professionals, families, and empty nesters.
Amenities at the property are extensive and include a resident lounge, multiple outdoor decks with sweeping mountain views, firepits and grilling areas, a fitness center, on-site laundry facilities, and dedicated bike and ski storage.
