**ACMI Properties Advances Development of Exploration Park at NASA’s Johnson Space Center**

ACMI Properties has announced significant progress in its 207-acre Exploration Park project located at NASA’s Johnson Space Center in Houston, Texas.

Exploration Park is being developed as a cutting-edge hub aimed at propelling the next era of space exploration. The innovative campus will host the creation, development, and launch of breakthrough technologies that solidify America’s leadership in space. KBR, a global leader in science, technology, and engineering solutions, has been confirmed as one of the anchor tenants.

To support the project’s development, Griffin Partners has been selected as a strategic partner, with renowned architectural firm Gensler leading the design aspects. Civil engineering responsibilities will be handled by Walter P Moore. Leasing for the campus is being managed by JLL’s Richard Quarles, David Holland, and Angela Watford on behalf of ACMI.

The expansive campus is designed to support space missions to Mars, the Moon, and beyond. It will feature at least 20 build-to-suit facilities, totaling a minimum of 1.5 million square feet. The development will accommodate a wide range of uses including R&D labs, clean rooms, office space, and light manufacturing operations, with a focus on critical sectors such as aerospace, advanced manufacturing, robotics, and life support systems.
