**The Malin to Open First D.C. Workspace Location**
The Malin, a network of hospitality-driven workspaces, is expanding its national footprint with the opening of its first Washington, D.C. location. This newest space marks The Malin’s tenth location across the country.
Set to open in the fall, the D.C. workspace will be located at the corner of 15th and M Street NW. Spanning 20,400 square feet across two floors, the design will blend style and function with a flexible, modular layout tailored to a range of professional needs.
The ground floor will feature communal workspaces, a library, several phone booths, outdoor patios, and dedicated spaces for events. Notable additions include a purpose-built event space, an adjoining lecture hall, and a screening room ideal for company offsites and gatherings.
The second floor will offer more private working environments, including 12 private offices, four meeting rooms, 20 dedicated desks, and 23 additional phone booths.
The building was originally designed in 1963 by D.C. developer Marshall Coyne as an office space. This project marks The Malin’s second collaboration with renowned real estate firm TF Cornerstone. The workspace is centrally located among government buildings and corporate headquarters, just steps from Dupont Circle and the vibrant 14th Street corridor.
