CM Realty has recently acquired 500 acres of land in Kaufman County with the intention of developing a large community in the rapidly growing city of Terrell. The new development, known as Evening Star Ranch, will encompass 800 apartments and over 197,700 square feet of commercial space. This includes a grocery store, restaurant, financial institution and approximately 1,000 homes.
The City of Terrell worked closely with CM Realty to negotiate this agreement. Both parties were represented by Rex Glendenning from Frisco-based Rex Real Estate during the transaction process. The project is strategically located at 16242 State Highway 34.
Terrell has become an attractive location for homebuyers and developers due to its close proximity to Dallas – only about a half-hour drive away on I-20 or U.S Highway80. With a population exceeding21 ,000 residents,the city’s popularity continues to grow.
Construction for Evening Star Ranch is expected to commence within one year and will be completed in phases.CM Realty is currently seeking potential development partners for this exciting project.
