Elevate Commercial Investment Group recently acquired Camden Crossings, a 144-unit multifamily community located in Burleson, Texas. The property was purchased from the original developer at a cost of $23 million ($160,000 per unit). This acquisition is expected to bring long-term value for investors with an estimated return rate of over 17% IRR and a stabilized cap rate of 7.6%. In addition to providing financial benefits, Elevate’s Jorge Abreu believes that this purchase will enhance the residential experience in Burleson.

Originally listed by Summa Terra Ventures for $29 million in 2023, Camden Crossings was built that same year and offers modern amenities such as a swimming pool, pickleball court, dog park and private balconies.
