Colliers has recently appointed Melissa Parrish as the new Associate Vice President in charge of expanding leasing services in Maryland. She will be working closely with a team consisting of Thomas Gentner, Brian Siegel, Brian Watts and Jason Sullivan.
According to Matt Gannon, Executive Managing Director for the Washington D.C. Region and Head of Agency Leasing U.S., “We are thrilled to have Melissa join our team. With her extensive experience in leasing various types of properties, she is the perfect fit to lead our Maryland team’s growth.”
Parrish brings over ten years of industry experience specializing in lease negotiation for industrial and office spaces. Throughout her career, she has successfully leased over 1.5 million square feet and closed more than 500 deals.
