Terra is gearing up to begin construction on Upland Park, a massive $1 billion mixed-use community that will completely transform the Dolphin Park-and-Ride/Transit Terminal Facility in West Miami-Dade County. This 47-acre development will serve as a hub for various modes of transportation and feature residential, retail, and commercial components. The project has been made possible by a $170 million construction loan provided by SCALE Lending, Slate Property Group’s debt financing division. These funds will be used to kickstart the first phase of the project which includes 578 multifamily apartments.
Construction on Upland Park’s initial phase is slated to commence in early 2025.
