National Development, a company based in Boston, has recently announced the promotion of four individuals to the role of Principal within their firm. These promotions were given to Haley Barrar, Bryan Clancy, Pat McAneny and Kevin Sullivan for their exceptional leadership skills and dedication to National Development.
According to Brian Kavoogian, managing partner of National Development: “We are proud to announce that four outstanding leaders within our firm have been promoted to the role of Principal. These promotions align with our plans for future growth at National Development.”
Haley Barrar has been a part of National Development since 2012 and currently holds the position of Senior Vice President (SVP) and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for fund management. Bryan Clancy joined the company in 1994 and is currently serving as SVP for capital markets.
Pat McAneny became a member of National Development in 2019 as SVP for investments while Kevin Sullivan has been with them since 2013 as an Associate General Counsel. In January 2025 he will take on his new role as General Counsel at the firm.
