Remedy Medical Properties and Kayne Anderson Real Estate have announced their joint acquisition of the Bozeman Health Cottonwood Clinic + Surgery Center from a partnership between United Surgical Partners International (USPI) and Bozeman Health. The deal was brokered by JLL.
The medical office building and ambulatory surgery center, located at 875 S. Cottonwood Rd., spans three stories and covers 58,872 square feet on a 5.02-acre lot. It was recently built in 2021 and is fully occupied by three tenants: West Bozeman Surgery Center, Deaconess Intercity Imaging Center, and Bozeman Deaconess Health Services.
According to Joe Magliochetti, chief investment officer for Remedy Medical Properties, this transaction provided an excellent opportunity to work with long-time partner USPI as well as establish a new relationship with Bozeman Health. He also expressed excitement about the potential for future growth with both health systems.
The acquisition of the Bozeman facility is part of Remedy’s larger strategy to acquire six properties totaling over 195,000 square feet from USPI over several months.
