Bloomsbury Publishing, Inc., a renowned independent publishing house known for popular series such as “Harry Potter” and “Crescent City,” has recently signed a new lease for office space at 1359 Broadway, owned by Empire State Realty Trust (ESRT). The lease covers an impressive 24,209 square feet of space. Cushman & Wakefield’s Stephen Bellwood and Rachel Rosenfeld represented Bloomsbury in the deal while ESRT’s Jordan Berger and CBRE’s Paul J. Amrich, Neil V. King III, Emily Chabrier and Meghan Allen represented ownership.

Sabrina McCarthy, President of Bloomsbury U.S., expressed her excitement about returning to an ESRT building after previously being a tenant at 1400 Broadway.
