The 300-unit complex was sold by JP Morgan and is located at 3465 Gaylord Court. It offers a variety of one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments ranging from 832 to 2,779 square feet.

A major attraction within this development is its anchor tenant – a King Soopers grocery store spanning over 30k square feet.
