Grant Cardone, a prominent real estate investor and promoter, has recently acquired two multifamily properties in the Miami area: the Manor at Flagler Village located in Fort Lauderdale and the Laurels at Jacaranda in Plantation. According to reports from the Miami Business Journal, Nuveen was responsible for selling these properties.
The Manor at Flagler Village boasts 382 apartments and approximately 25,000 square feet of retail space. It will soon be rebranded as “10X at Flagler Village.” Similarly, The Laurel at Jacaranda spans over 31 acres with a total of 468 apartments. This property will also undergo a rebranding process as “10X at Jacaranda.” In addition to these two acquisitions, Cardone Capital is currently finalizing another purchase – The Edge at Flagler Village – which consists of 382 units located on N Federal Highway. This deal is expected to close on September 16th and also involves cash sales.
With an estimated ownership of around15 ,000 apartments across various states such as Florida (over10 ,000), Georgia, Alabama,and Texas; Grant Cardone continues his successful journey within the real estate industry.
