SR Real Estate Partners and Circle Squared Alternative Investments have secured $77 million in financing for the refinancing of Junction 49, a newly built student housing community located at 7600 University City Blvd. in Charlotte. The loan was provided by Macquarie Capital Principal Finance.
The Cushman & Wakefield Equity, Debt & Structured Finance team of Gideon Gil, Zach Kraft, Dale Braverman and Travis Prince represented the borrowers.
Junction 49 spans over 370,000 square feet and features an additional 12,000 square feet of amenity space. These amenities include private and group study rooms on each floor, a spacious lounge area with games room access,a grab-and-go market for convenience shopping needs,a fully equipped fitness center open round-the-clock,poolside cabanas,and two courtyards perfect for outdoor gatherings.The property is conveniently situated next to the LINX Blue Line light rail station offering easy access to both UNC Charlotte campus as well as Downtown Charlotte.
