Construction has begun on the 1800 Avenue at Port Imperial, a luxury waterfront development by WHK Waterfront Urban Renewal, LLC in Weehawken, NJ. The project is set to be completed by summer of 2026.

The financing for this project is being provided by Benefit Street Partners with a total loan amount of $210 million. This includes a senior loan of $157.5 million and a mezzanine loan of $52.5 million, bringing the estimated development cost to $313.2 million. Plaza Construction will serve as the general contractor for this project.

Designed by Handle Architects, 1800 Avenue will feature 282 high-end residential units available for purchase.
