Krusinski Construction has successfully completed the buildout of a 66,000-square-foot warehouse space in Woodridge for J&P Warehousing and their client Tardella Foods. As a third-party logistics firm, J&P Warehousing will utilize this location to serve Tardella Foods in the Food & Beverage industry.
The construction of this building was previously handled by Krusinski on behalf of developer Molto Properties. The project involved minor office modifications and the installation of a demising wall to separate J&P Warehousing’s space from an adjacent tenant area measuring 34,400 square feet. Additionally, Krusinski ensured proper gas and electrical services were available for multiple tenants within the facility. This included installing specific electrical and HVAC equipment tailored to each tenant’s needs such as charging stations for electric pallet jacks and air compressors.
Situated on an 8.14-acre site with convenient access to Interstate 355 travel routes, Krusinski Construction completed this project which was designed by Harris Architects. The team responsible for its success includes Joe Krusinksi III along with Josh Peterson as Project Engineer; Rick Anderson as Senior Project Superintendent;and Erin Anderson serving as Project Coordinator.
This recent accomplishment by Krusinksi showcases their expertise in completing large-scale projects like warehouses while maintaining high standards of quality workmanship throughout every stage.
