Trinity Partners, a leading commercial real estate firm based in Charlotte, North Carolina, has expanded its operations to Atlanta through the acquisition of APG Real Estate Services. The addition of APG’s leasing and management platform brings 46 experienced professionals and a portfolio of 19 buildings totaling 5 million square feet to Trinity Partners.
According to Adam Colvin from Trinity Partners, this strategic move marks the company’s official entry into the Atlanta market as part of their ongoing growth across the Southeast region. Heading up the new office will be Austin Chase and Robert Pavese alongside Joe Crawford, Sarah Beckom Stevens, and Kathy Long who will oversee and expand Trinity Partner’s presence in Atlanta. This includes providing leasing and management services for all office, retail,and mixed-use properties within APG’s owned portfolio.
