Ohio is on track to welcome its inaugural Buc-ee’s location, as Huber Heights city commissioners have unanimously approved the final plans for a 27,000-square-foot convenience store. The development will transform an empty field along Ohio State Route 235 into a bustling travel center outside of Dayton.
Construction is slated to begin in the coming months at the site located at 8000 Ohio State Route 235. The highly anticipated opening of this new Buc-ee’s store is expected in 2025 and will bring approximately 200 jobs to the area. This expansion marks a significant move for Buc-ee’s beyond its traditional home states of Texas, Alabama, Georgia and Florida into new regions such as Arizona.
