BakerHostetler, a leading law firm, has recently relocated its Los Angeles office to 1900 Ave. of the Stars in Century City. The new office spans nearly 40,000 square feet and is located in the Anderson Towers complex on a five-acre pad.
The campus and buildings are currently undergoing a $100-million capital enhancement project led by Anderson Real Estate. Upon completion, the property will offer outdoor dining areas, meeting spaces, and casual areas for employees to enjoy. Additionally, it is conveniently connected to Westfield Century City Mall via a footbridge over Avenue of the Stars.
According to Paul Schmidt , chairman of BakerHostetler , this move reflects their commitment towards investing in their West Coast practices and people. He also expressed excitement about acquiring modern space that can efficiently support their growing team and diverse client base.
The lease terms include an option for BakerHostetler to acquire additional space adjacent to its current location which would allow them room for expansion as they continue achieving growth objectives.
