Diversified Partners is expecting to receive final approval from the town for a major auto mall and other commercial ventures at Signal Butte Road and State Route 24 in Mesa. The project will include approximately 550 new multifamily units, as well as retail uses, in addition to the auto dealerships.
The development team consists of EPS Group Inc. as the civil engineer and ALBA serving as planner and landscape architect.
According to a report by Phoenix Business Journal, last July the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors voted in favor of a zoning change for this site which was previously known as Berge Auto Mall. Berge Auto Group currently has seven dealerships located throughout Arizona including Gilbert, Mesa, Peoria, Phoenix Scottsdale,and Tucson.
