Urban Retail Properties has recently announced the signing of a 15-year lease agreement with Presidente Supermarkets, which will serve as the anchor tenant for the first residential tower in Southplace City Center. According to reports from S. Florida Business Journal, this eight-story building is currently under construction and will feature 350 units on the former Sears site.
Southland City Center, a development project spanning seven years, is set to include over 5,000 apartment units and more than half a million square feet of retail space along with dining and entertainment options within the existing mall.
