In addition to these regional offices, the Midwest Region oversees projects nationwide for clients in sports facilities construction as well as justice and federal government sectors. With a diverse portfolio including notable projects such as Loews Kansas City Hotel and Arlington Convention Center hotels,T-Mobile Headquarters Campus,Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art,Richard Bolling Federal Building,and police headquarters for both Kansas City and Missouri,Cox brings extensive experience working on various project types.

-Lauren Stoliar became Senior Associate within Multifamily Advisory group.Her focus is on middle market transactions and underwriting commercial investment sales and capital market deals for institutional,corporate,and private owners of multifamily properties in the Midwest.
