Kidder Mathews has expanded its team in the Pacific Northwest with the addition of several new hires. Among them is John Chelico, a seasoned retail specialist with over 28 years of experience in commercial real estate in the Puget Sound region. As Senior Vice President at Kidder Mathews’ downtown Seattle location, Chelico brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his role. Throughout his career, he has successfully completed over five million square feet of retail leases worth more than $400 million for clients such as institutional owners, REITs, developers and high-net-worth individuals.
Chelico joins Tyler Nicholes as one of two recent additions to Kidder Mathews’ Seattle headquarters. Nicholes previously worked as a top producer at Marcus & Millichap before joining the firm at the end of January.
In addition to these new hires, Kidder Mathews also welcomed Matthew Renshaw as Senior Vice President specializing in office tenant advisory services. With over 20 years in market expertise representing both tenants and landlords , Renshaw brings valuable insights to his role at Kidder Mathews . Prior to joining this firm , he spent 15 years working for CBRE where he served various roles including vice president , managing principal for CB Commercial and SVN . Over his career , Renshaw has brokered more than 11 million square feet worth office space .
