Essex Realty Group, Inc., a Chicago-based brokerage firm specializing in multifamily properties, recently oversaw the sale of two apartment buildings in Greater Grand Crossing and Chatham neighborhoods. The transactions involved 6800-6802 S. Indiana Avenue, a 16-unit building, and 8001-05 S. Drexel Avenue, a 19-unit building.

Jeremy DeMarco,and Russell Tillery exclusively represented the seller for both sales.
Lead broker Joe Kahlhammer commented on the successful sales stating that there was an overwhelming amount of interest from both local and out-of-state investors for these properties.
