According to sources cited by The Atlanta Business Chronicle, it is estimated that 14th + Spring could sell for anywhere between $250-400 per square foot (approximately $81-130 million). This price range reflects both its prime location at one of Midtown’s busiest intersections and its current lack of tenants. In comparison, another nearby tower sold for approximately $475 per square foot earlier in early 2022.
Construction on this project began in 2020 and was completed by Greenstone and equity partner Goldman Sachs during the third quarter of last year.
