Several retailers have been announced for the upcoming Manor Crossing retail center, which will span 425,000 square feet. Construction is scheduled to begin in either the second or third quarter of 2024, with store openings expected in 2025. Located at the northwest corner of U.S. Highway 290 and FM 973 just east of Austin, this development is already generating buzz.

According to a report from The Austin Business Journal, a variety of well-known brands are set to become tenants at Manor Crossing. These include The Home Depot and an H-E-B grocery store as major anchors, along with TJ Maxx,Burlington,and Planet Fitness as minor anchors.Restaurant options will also be plentiful with popular names like Einstein Bagel Bros., Jersey Mikes Subs , Chick-fil-A , Chili’s , Chipotle,Panera Bread , Seven Brew,Tropical Café,Five Guys,and Abbott’s Frozen Custard all on board.

In June,the Butler Family Partnership Ltd.presented its plans for a mixed-use site spanning95 acres tothe Manor City Council.The proposed development includes600 multifamily unitsand425,000 square feetof commercial space.Butler has partneredwiththe Retail Connectionfor this project,to ensure its success.
