A new mixed-use development is currently under construction in the Knox neighborhood of Dallas, thanks to a joint venture partnership between MSG Partners, Trammell Crow Company, The Retail Connection, and Highland Park Village Associates. This highly anticipated project is set to open in 2026 and will offer one million square feet of top-of-the-line mixed-use space.
The focal point of the development will be the Knox Hotel and Residences. This luxurious hotel and residential complex will feature 140 rooms managed by renowned operator Auberge Resorts Collection as well as 48 ultra-luxury condominiums. Additionally, there will be a nine-story office building with prime frontage on Knox Street that includes two levels dedicated to retail and dining options.
With over 100,000 square feet available for ground-floor retail shops and second-story restaurants, this development aims to become a bustling hub for locals and visitors alike. And for those looking for upscale living options in this desirable area of Dallas, there will also be a stunning multifamily residential building featuring amenities galore such as oversized balconies.
Construction services are being provided by Balfour Beatty Construction Group Ltd., while Andres Construction has been brought on board as well.
