Weinstein Properties has acquired the Bexley Stockyards apartments in Germantown, a suburb of Nashville, for $114.57 million. The purchase was financed with a $67.5 million loan from Western-Southern Life Assurance Company.

According to the Nashville Business Journal, ShopCore Properties of Chicago sold the property at 222 Stockyard St., which they had purchased in 2020 for $105 million from Alliance Residential Co., based in Phoenix.

The sale price of this apartment complex with 342 units equates to approximately $335,000 per unit.

The seller was represented by Walker & Dunlop, a Nashville-based firm.

Formerly known as Broadstone Stockyards and opened just last year, Bexley Stockyards offers studio and one- or two-bedroom units across three buildings connected by a pedestrian bridge. It is situated near First Horizon Park.
