DrinkPAK, a leading beverage manufacturing company, has announced its plans to invest $452 million in expanding its operations in the DFW area. The company has recently finalized two industrial leases totaling 2.9 million square feet as part of this expansion, significantly increasing its real estate footprint. This move is expected to create 1,000 full-time jobs by 2026 and contribute to the long-term development of the area.

The leased sites are located at Trammell Crow’s development at 25001 Eagle Parkway and Carter Park East owned by Crow Holdings Capital, Rob Riner Companies and Clarion Partners. These sites cover approximately 1.5 million square feet and 1.4 million square feet respectively.
