GTN, a fintech company, has secured a five-year lease at RXR’s 32 Old Slip in New York City. This marks their first venture in the city and they will occupy 3,304 square feet on the 32nd floor at $66 per square foot. The building is conveniently located near Wall Street and offers modern office space with upgraded layouts, high-speed elevators, and stunning views of the East River and Brooklyn Bridge.

The Financial District is home to top firms in finance, law healthcare,and media industries. It also provides easy access to multiple subway lines,ferry services,and the Manhattan Heliport.

Dan Birney,Alexandra Budd from RXR along with Ryan Alexander,Zac Price,Alex Benisatto,and Justin Greenstone from CBRE facilitated this deal.Andrew Coeand Margaux Kelleher of JLL represented GTN as tenant representatives.
