Xcel Energy-Colorado has secured the entire office space at T3 RiNo, a new six-story mass timber building located in Denver’s River North Arts District (RiNo). Developed by Ivanhoé Cambridge, Hines and McCaffery, this 220,172 square-foot structure boasts a refined industrial design with heavy-timber construction that is completely renewable and non-toxic. This pays tribute to the historic brick and timber buildings of Denver.
The employees of Xcel Energy will have access to top-notch amenities spread across 5,000 square feet including a state-of-the-art conference center; private outdoor terraces on each floor; a spacious fitness center spanning 5,000 square feet; ample bike storage for active commuters; ground floor retail space measuring at 18,500 square feet; as well as convenient connectivity to the RTD commuter rail system.
In anticipation of their relocation in 2025 with approximately1 ,200 employees joining them at T3 RiNo as their new headquarters in Denver.
